技术创新与需求多元化的相互作用必然加速推进社会个别分工与组织内部一般分工的深化,这一联动作用可以直接提升经济体中的所有行动者(企业和个人)的战略之间的互补性强度,并以此不断推动着不同层次的组织和个人的权利结构朝着均等化方向演化,即所谓的企业增长所遵循的合作演化规律。但旨在强化人力资本收益权的制度虽然从长远来看明显有利于所有成员,却常常遭到企业所有者的强烈反对。为解释这一悖论,在设定的市场竞争环境中比较分析了合作治理结构与物质资本所有者单边治理结构对企业增长的影响,证明了企业的合作演化规律的同时,找到了企业背离这一成长规律的临界技术条件。
The interaction between technological innovation and demand diversification will inevitably accelerate the deepening of the social division of labor and the general division of labor within the organization. This joint action can directly increase the strength of complementarity between the strategies of all actors (enterprises and individuals) in the economy.
