经胶原酶消化分离的大鼠咦岛,其形态结构完整,分泌功能稳定,可迅速对葡萄糖刺激出现胰岛素分泌反应。葡萄糖与胰岛素分泌间的剂量——反应曲线呈“S”形。引起胰岛素分泌反应最为敏感的糖浓度(5.6~8.3mmol)属生理范围,血糖为6mmol时,可出现半最大分泌量反应。胰岛灌流时对高糖的反应则呈双相模式,葡萄糖引起的胰岛素分泌反应依赖胞外钙离子,经电压敏感钙通道流入胰岛β细胞。肾上腺素能受体激动剂是作用于α受体而不是β受体来抑制葡萄糖引起的胰岛素释放。
After the collagenase digestion and separation of rat Island, its morphological structure is complete, stable secretion, can quickly stimulate the insulin secretion of glucose response. The dose-response curve between glucose and insulin secretion is “S” shaped. The most sensitive sugar concentration (5.6 ~ 8.3mmol) which causes the insulin secretion reaction belongs to the physiological range. When the blood sugar is 6mmol, the semi-maximal secretion reaction may occur. The response to high glucose during islet perfusion was in a biphasic pattern. Glucose-induced insulin secretion relies on extracellular calcium ions that flow into islet beta cells via voltage-sensitive calcium channels. Adrenergic receptor agonists act on alpha receptors rather than beta receptors to inhibit glucose-induced insulin release.
