为深入贯彻落实中央16号文件精神,加强大学生党支部建设．建立健全和完善学生党建工作的长效机制,推进机关党组织建设,经细致调研与充分酝酿, 北京外语大学启动了校机关部分党支部与学生党支部结对共建工作,即校机关党总支的6个党支部,以相对稳固的形式．分别与5个本科生党支部、1个研究生党支部结对联系、合作共建,初见成效。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 16th document of the Central Committee and strengthen the building of university student party branches. Establish and improve the long-term mechanism for party building of students, and promote the construction of organ party organizations. After careful investigation and full deliberation, Beijing University of Foreign Studies started the joint construction of some party branches and student party branches in the school organs, namely, The six branches in a relatively stable form. Respectively with five undergraduate Party branch, a graduate student party branch in contact with each other, co-construction, initial success.
