分别以商用碳黑XC-72、介孔碳CMK-5和含多层次孔的碳气凝胶HCA为载体,微波法负载Pt纳米粒子,在硫酸和甲醇溶液中进行循环伏安测试,考察碳材料中多层次孔对其电催化活性的影响.结果显示,Pt/HCA电极表现出较高的峰电流(7.5mA·cm-2)和电化学活性面积(128.0m2·g-1).这可能是因为碳气凝胶具有连续但非周期性的介孔结构,有利于Pt纳米粒子的分散以及反应物质的传质.
Commercial carbon black XC-72, mesoporous carbon CMK-5 and multi-layered carbon aerogels HCA were used as supports. The Pt nanoparticles were loaded by microwave method. Cyclic voltammetry was carried out in sulfuric acid and methanol solutions, respectively. The results showed that the Pt / HCA electrode exhibited high peak current (7.5mA · cm-2) and electrochemical active area (128.0m2 · g-1). It may be because the carbon airgel has a continuous but non-periodic mesoporous structure, which is conducive to the dispersion of Pt nanoparticles and the mass transfer of the reactive species.
