基于理论分析和单体实验,初步确定尾矿库抑尘剂组成和浓度.运用正交试验方法,对抑尘剂配方进行优化,在实验室对最优配方进行了抗压强度、耐水性能、抗冻融性能和抗风吹性能等多方面环境适应性模拟实验.结果表明,该抑尘剂喷洒在尾矿表面后,结壳连续完整,壳体抗压强度达到247kPa,且具有较强的耐水性能、抗冻融性能和抗风吹性能.应用该配方进行了工业试验.结果表明,喷洒抑尘剂的尾矿库表面所结壳体历经203d日晒、多次雨淋后,依然连续完整,能承受18m.s-1强风吹袭,表现出很强的抑尘效果和环境适用性.
