采用平行法进行爆炸焊接,制备了AZ31B镁合金/2205双相不锈钢复合板。根据经验公式选择爆炸焊接参数,爆炸焊接的装药质量比R为2.7,复板和基板的最小间隙为4.3 mm。试验结果表明,复板上表面除雷管区有微小裂纹外,其它位置平整无缺陷。除去复合板边界效应区,用超声波检测复合板的结合率为98.9%。镁/不锈钢复合板界面拉剪强度为105.63 MPa,拉剪断口呈波浪状,拉剪断裂界面沿镁材撕裂。复合板三点弯曲试验表明,AZ31B_内/2205_外比2205_内/AZ31B_外有更高的弯曲载荷承受能力。
Using parallel method for explosive welding, prepared AZ31B magnesium alloy / 2205 duplex stainless steel clad plate. According to the empirical formula, the explosive welding parameters were selected. The mass ratio R of explosive welding was 2.7 and the minimum clearance between the composite plate and the substrate was 4.3 mm. The test results show that the upper surface of the complex plate except for the micro-cracks in the area of detonators, the other positions flat and defect-free. The composite boundary effect zone was removed, and the binding rate of the composite plate was 98.9% by ultrasonic wave. The tensile shear strength at the interface of magnesium / stainless steel composite plate is 105.63 MPa, the tensile and shear fracture is wavy, and the tensile and shear fracture interface is torn along the magnesium material. The three-point bending test of the composite board shows that AZ31B_ / 2205_ has a higher bending load bearing capacity than 2205_ / inner / outer AZ31B_.
