我院内科从1974年7月至1976年7月收治急性有机氯杀虫剂中毒者3例,现报告如下:典型病例:女性,20岁,因误服毒杀芬,于1974年7月16日急诊入院。患者于入院前6小时,误服毒杀芬150毫升左右,家属发现后,立即送当地公社医院。这段时问内患者先后抽搐7次。抽搐时两眼上翻,口吐白沫,唇周发绀,四肢抽动,大小便失禁,每次持续5～6分钟,然后进入昏迷状态。公社医院抢救无效,急转我院求治。体格检查:体温40.2℃,脉搏140次/分,呼吸30次/分,有较强的农药味,血压120/80毫米汞柱。发育及营养中等,深度昏迷,颈软,两侧瞳孔缩小,对光反射消失。巩膜无黄染,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大。

Twitching when the two turned up, foaming at the mouth, lips cyanosis, limbs twitching, incontinence, each lasting 5 to 6 minutes, and then into a coma. Commune hospital rescue invalid, urgent hospital for treatment. Physical examination: body temperature 40.2 ℃, pulse 140 beats / min, breathing 30 beats / min, a strong pesticide odor, blood pressure 120/80 mm Hg. Moderate development and nutrition, deep coma, neck soft, both sides of the miosis, the light reflection disappears. Sclera no yellow dye, systemic superficial lymph nodes is not enlarged.
