为了解决煤矿井下连续滑动定向钻进工艺在长孔施工中存在效率低、能力差的问题,提出了复合定向钻进工艺,并从轨迹控制角度进一步明确了复合定向钻进的含义、研究分析了其工艺特点,结合典型实例分析总结了复合定向钻进工艺的技术优势:能力强、效率高,应用结果表明:本煤层孔最大实钻孔深1 881 m、顶板岩层孔最大实钻孔深1 026 m、处理卡钻事故最大孔深1 188 m,平均机械钻进效率提高20%以上,综合钻进效率提高40%以上。煤矿井下复合定向钻进工艺革新了近水平孔轨迹控制模式,提升了井下本煤层深孔、超深孔和顶板大直径定向孔施工能力。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor capability of continuous sliding directional drilling in coal mines, aiming at the problem of low efficiency and poor capability in long hole construction, a composite directional drilling technology is proposed and the meaning of compound directional drilling is further clarified from the trajectory control perspective. The technical characteristics of the composite directional drilling technology are summarized and analyzed with typical examples. The technical advantages of the composite directional drilling technology are summarized as follows: the capability is high and the efficiency is high. The application results show that the maximum drilling depth of this coal seam hole is 1 881 m, 026 m, the maximum hole depth of the stuck pipe drilling accident is 1,188 m, the average mechanical drilling efficiency is increased by more than 20%, and the integrated drilling efficiency is increased by 40% or more. The coal mine compound directional drilling technology has innovated the control mode of near horizontal hole trajectory and improved the construction capability of deep holes, ultra-deep holes and large diameter directional holes in the roof of this coal seam.
