目的了解如皋口岸主要医学媒介生物的种群分布和季节消长情况,为防治提供科学依据。方法分别采用夹夜法、笼诱法、诱蚊灯诱捕法和盒式诱捕法,对如皋口岸内的鼠形动物、蝇类、蚊类和蟑螂4类医学媒介生物进行密度监测。结果如皋口岸的鼠形动物以黄胸鼠(32%)为主,其次为黑线姬鼠(28%);蚊类以三带喙库蚊(71.47%)为优势种,其次为淡色库蚊(23.95%);蝇类以丝光绿蝇(42.57%)为主,其次为大头金蝇(35.4%);蟑螂为德国小蠊(95.02%)和黑胸大蠊(4.98%)。结论通过监测基本掌握了如皋口岸医学媒介生物的种群构成、生境分布及季节消长规律,提高了如皋口岸医学媒介生物监测和防控的能力。
Objective To understand the population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of major medical vectors in Rugao Port and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The density of four kinds of medical vectors including murine, flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches in Rugao Ports were monitored by the method of trap - night, trap - trap, trap - trap and trap method. Results The rodent animals in Rugao Port were dominated by Rattus flavipectus (32%), followed by Apodemus agrarius (28%). The mosquitoes were dominant species of Culex tritaeniorhynchus (71.47%), followed by Culex pipiens pallens (23.95%). Flies dominated by Lucilia sericata (42.57%) were the second most common flies (35.4%); cockroaches were German cockroach (95.02%) and black cockroach (4.98%). Conclusion The population structure, habitat distribution and seasonal fluctuation pattern of medical media organisms in Rugao Port are basically mastered by monitoring, which enhances the ability of biological monitoring and prevention and control of medical media in Rugao Port.
