本文沿用通常的电磁波谐振器品质因数Q的定义,结合约瑟夫逊隧道结的物理性质,提出了谐振型隧道结带宽的两种定义.报道了63个Pb-PbO_x-Pb隧道结谐振频率的测量结果,并报道了带宽测量的初步实验结果.讨论了该工作对约瑟夫逊电压基准的实用意义.
Based on the definition of common quality factor Q of electromagnetic wave resonators and combining with the physical properties of Josephson junctions, two definitions of resonant tunnel junction bandwidth are presented in this paper. The measurement results of 63 resonant frequencies of Pb-PbOx-Pb tunnel junctions , And reported the preliminary experimental results of bandwidth measurement.The practical significance of this work to Josephson voltage reference was discussed.
