民用飞机整体油箱是指存储燃油用的机体盒段结构,在计算油箱内部的油压载荷时,实体边界的定义有着重要的作用,本文对如何判定实体边界提供了公式。如根据以往经验,密封肋才可作为油箱边界,如果结构上有开孔,则不能视为边界,这是很保守的。根据本文提供的判定公式,只要燃油箱内部隔板和挡板能表明可有效限制燃油流动时,即可判定为实体边界。本文进行了实例分析供判定参考,供民用飞机整体油箱油压载荷计算时使用。
The overall fuel tank of civil aircraft refers to the structure of the box body used to store fuel. The definition of physical boundary plays an important role in calculating the hydraulic load inside the fuel tank. This paper provides a formula for how to determine the physical boundary. According to past experience, the sealing rib can be used as the tank boundary, if the structure has openings, it can not be regarded as a border, which is very conservative. According to the judgment provided in this paper, solid boundaries can be judged as long as the fuel tank internal partitions and baffles can indicate that fuel flow can be effectively limited. This article has carried on the example analysis for the judgment reference, uses in the civil aircraft the entire fuel tank hydraulic load computation.
