针对薄壁铝合金壳体铸件在机加工后进行0.2 MPa的气密性检查时存在渗漏问题,通过对铸件的结构和工艺进行分析和改进,确立采用树脂砂砂型铸造工艺进行试制,利用AnyCasting模拟软件进行模拟,并完善和改进了工艺措施。试生产结果表明,改进工艺后,铝合金壳体铸件一次性气密性检测合格率由原来的14.3%提高到71%,达到提高铸件合格率的目的。
