目的探讨细胞周期调控因子cyclinD1、p16蛋白表达异常与外阴白色病变发病的关系。方法选择外阴白色病变组织34份,其中硬化性苔藓(LS)12份,鳞状上皮增生(SH)18份,SH合并LS4份;另选择正常外阴皮肤组织11份作为对照。应用免疫组化方法检测上述组织中cyclin D1、p16蛋白的表达,并分析其与外阴白色病变发病的关系。结果外阴白色病变组织中,cyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率为56%,显著高于正常外阴皮肤组织(9%,P<0.05);LS和SH组织中,cyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率分别为58%和50%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。外阴白色病变组织中,p16蛋白阳性表达率为6%,与正常皮肤组织(0)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LS和SH组织中,p16蛋白阳性表达率分别为8%和0,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论cyclinD1与p16蛋白作为调控细胞增殖周期的重要因子,前者的高表达致两者间的平衡状态被打破,可能是外阴白色病变发病的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the abnormal expression of cyclinD1 and p16 proteins and the incidence of white lesions in vulva. Methods 34 cases of vulvar white lesions were selected, of which 12 were sclerotic moss (LS), 18 were squamous epithelial hyperplasia (SH) and SH were combined with LS4. 11 normal vulvar skin tissues were selected as controls. The expression of cyclin D1, p16 protein in these tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and the relationship between them and the incidence of white lesions of vulva was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of cyclinD1 in vulvar white lesions were 56%, which were significantly higher than those in normal vulva skin (9%, P <0.05). The positive rates of cyclinD1 in LS and SH tissues were 58% and 50% There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The positive rate of p16 protein in vulvar white lesions was 6%, which was not significantly different from that in normal skin tissues (0) (P> 0.05). The positive rates of p16 protein in LS and SH tissues were 8% And 0, the difference between the two was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions CyclinD1 and p16 proteins play an important role in the regulation of cell cycle. The high expression of cyclinD1 and p16 protein may be one of the reasons for the development of white lesions of vulva.
