矿山用4米~3电铲推压齿轮使用寿命很低,极易损坏。根据其使用条件,若提高该工件的使用寿命,必须进一步提高它的强度、硬度和韧性。然而至今能使钢材强韧性同时得到提高的唯一方法就是细化晶粒,获得微细的组织。因此,我们对推压齿轮进行了快速加热、冷却的热处理试验。经试验效果较好,使用寿命成倍的提高,由原2~3个月提高到8~12个月。试验取得了成功,于1979年初推广使用。本文仅就试验情况加以叙述和分析。
Mine with 4 m ~ 3 shovel push gear service life is very low, easily damaged. According to its conditions of use, if the service life of the workpiece is increased, its strength, hardness and toughness must be further improved. However, the only way to improve the toughness of steel so far is to refine the grains and obtain microstructures. Therefore, we conducted a rapid heating, cooling heat treatment test on the push gear. The test results better, double the life expectancy increased from the original 2 to 3 months increased to 8 to 12 months. The trial was a success and was promoted in early 1979. This article only describes the situation and analysis of the test.
