目的:应用血管回声跟踪技术(ET)评价2型糖尿病(T2MD)及合并高尿酸血症(HUA)患者颈动脉弹性的变化。方法:应用ET技术检测76例T2DM患者(其中合并HUA者为A组39例;尿酸正常者为B组37例)及40例健康体检者(C对照组)颈动脉弹性,计算僵硬度指数(β)、颈动脉压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、扩张指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)等各指标的变化。结果:A组研究对象β、EP、PWVβ水平均显著高于B组与C组(P<0.05),AC水平显著低于B组与C组(P<0.05);B组研究对象β、EP、PWVβ水平均显著高于C组(P<0.05),AC水平显著低于C组(P<0.05),各组间AI均无统计学意义。结论:ET技术能发现2型糖尿病及合并高尿酸血症患者早期颈动脉弹性的变化。
Objective: To evaluate the changes of carotid artery elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2MD) and complicated with hyperuricemia (HUA) by using vascular echo tracing technique (ET). Methods: The carotid artery elasticity was measured in 76 patients with T2DM (39 patients in group A with HUA, 37 patients with normal uric acid in group B) and 40 healthy controls (group C), and the stiffness index ( β, carotid artery pressure-strain elastic coefficient (Ep), compliance (AC), dilatation index (AI) and pulse wave velocity (PWVβ). Results: The levels of β, EP and PWVβ in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C (P <0.05), while the levels of AC in group A and group C were significantly lower than those in group B and C (P <0.05) , PWVβ levels were significantly higher than those in group C (P <0.05), and the levels of AC were significantly lower than those in group C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in AI between groups. Conclusion: The ET technique can detect the changes of early carotid artery elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperuricemia.
