研究了6063铝合金中锌含量对铝合金型材阳极氧化前表面预处理过程中发生雪花状腐蚀的影响。结果表明,当合金中锌含量高于0.05%时,型材易发生雪花状腐蚀;锌含量低于0.05%时,型材一般不发生雪花状腐蚀。利用扫描电子探针定量仪对表面进行成分分析发现,在碱洗过程中,锌含量较高的型材表面出现锌富集现象。研究表明,合金中锌元素在城洗过程中,由于溶解与再沉积作用,在型材表面富集,从而使合金表面电化学性质不均匀,造成碱洗不均匀,引发雪花收腐蚀。
The effect of zinc content in 6063 aluminum alloy on the occurrence of snowflake-like corrosion during pre-oxidation of anodized aluminum profiles was investigated. The results show that when the content of zinc in the alloy is higher than 0.05%, the profiles tend to corrode in the form of snowflakes. When the content of zinc is less than 0.05%, the profiles do not generally have snow-like corrosion. The composition analysis of the surface by using the scanning electron probe quantitative analyzer found that zinc enrichment occurred on the surface of profiles with higher zinc content during alkali washing. The results show that during the process of urban washing, the zinc in the alloy is enriched on the surface of the profile due to the dissolution and redeposition. As a result, the surface of the alloy is inhomogeneous in electrochemical properties, resulting in non-uniform caustic washing and corrosion of the snowflake.
