职业学校和企业作为职业教育不同培养主体,在人才培养上各具有优势,单纯职业院校很难真正培养出符合社会需求的高技能人才,校企合作是一种“双赢”模式。行业协会参与和学校、企业一起共育人才,形成一个三方合作平台,企业把需求汇总到协会,学校把学生输送到协会,协会和企业出师资共同培养学生,和学校一起共育人才,“学校—企业—行业协会”三位一体共育人才的培养模式,服务当地装饰行业。
Vocational schools and enterprises, as different training subjects of vocational education, each have advantages in personnel training.
