目的通过对药品生产企业培训现状的调研,找出现存问题,制定解决办法。方法同发达国家相比较找出我国药品生产企业对员工培训工作中存在的问题并结合相关规定进行分析。结果我国药品生产企业存在诸多问题,需要改正。结论必须制定短中长的培训计划和培养员工的创新意识,才能从根本上解决问题。
Objective Through the investigation of the present situation of the training of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, find the existing problems and formulate the solutions. Methods Compared with the developed countries to find out the problems existing in the training of staff in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in combination with the relevant provisions. As a result, there are many problems in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises that need to be corrected. Conclusion It is necessary to formulate short, medium and long training plans and to cultivate staff’s innovative awareness in order to solve the problem fundamentally.
