采用抽样问卷调研法,以奉化市479名高中生为样本进行幸福感与父母教养方式调查。结果显示:(1)男生得到父亲更多的情感温暖与理解,同时也受到父亲更多的惩罚,得到父亲的过度保护少;(2)男生得到了母亲更多的情感温暖,也遭受较多的否认,被母亲过多的干涉或保护;(3)幸福感高体验的学生其父母教养方式多表现出情感温暖与理解,而幸福感低体验的学生其父母教养方式表现出更多的是严厉与惩罚、拒绝与否认类似负面的教养方式。而且,性别的交叉影响效应显著,即男生更容易受母亲教育方式影响,而女生则更易受父亲教育方式影响;(4)我们提出家长应采取情感上的鼓励行为等5条措施建议,以期加强亲子关系建设,促进学生的身心健康与幸福体验。
A questionnaire survey method was used to survey 479 high school students in Fenghua for their happiness and parental rearing patterns. The results show that: (1) Boys receive more emotional warmth and understanding from their fathers and more punishment from their fathers, resulting in less overprotection from their fathers; (2) Boys receive more emotional warmth and suffer more from their mothers (3) Students who experience high levels of well-being have more emotional warmth and understanding than those who experience high levels of well-being, while those who experience low levels of well-being show more in parenting styles Severe and punitive, rejecting and denying similar negative parenting styles. Moreover, gender has a significant cross-impact effect, namely, boys are more likely to be influenced by mother’s education and girls are more likely to be affected by their father’s education; (4) We propose five measures such as emotional encouragement for parents to strengthen Parent-child relationship building to promote students’ physical and mental health and happiness experience.
