临床资料早已证实,清热利胆中药治疗肝胆系统疾患具有较好的疗效。为进一步阐明其作用机制,本实验以异硫氰酸-α萘酯给动物灌胃,制成肝胆损伤模型。用我所研制的清热利胆片(以下简称清利片)给以治疗。以血清胆汁酸含量,肝脏蛋白质合成,肝细胞增殖等几项指标,观察清利片对受损肝脏的保护作用,并初步探讨其机制。材料和方法一、药物配制 (一)异硫氰酸-α萘酯(ANIT):北京化工厂产品。用时溶解于橄榄油中。
