从毛鱼藤废渣中追踪分离生物活性物质。结合抗植物病毒、抗肿瘤活性筛选,采用减压硅胶柱层析和反复SephadexLH-20柱层析法追踪分离毛鱼藤废渣活性化学成分,通过理化常数测定和波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果表明:自毛鱼藤废渣中追踪获得2种化合物,其中鱼藤酮在10 mg/L对葡萄白腐病菌作用最强,抑制率为61.1%;羟基鱼藤素对大肠癌HCT-8细胞、人肝癌BEL-7402细胞、人卵巢癌A2780细胞有很强的抑制作用。毛鱼藤废渣中具有抗植物病毒、抗肿瘤活性化合物属首次报道。
Bioactive substances were traced from the shark waste residue. Combined with anti-plant virus and anti-tumor activity screening, the active chemical constituents of the residue were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and repeated Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. The results showed that two kinds of compounds were traced from Mao Shandan residue, in which rotenone had the strongest inhibitory rate of 61.1% at 10 mg / L, Liver cancer BEL-7402 cells, human ovarian cancer A2780 cells have a strong inhibitory effect. It has been reported for the first time that there are anti-plant-virus and anti-tumor compounds in the residue of mullet rattan.
