本文对49名正常儿童进行了多导视觉诱发电位的观察研究。结果表明:①双眼及单眼VEPs波形在头皮中线两侧分布呈非对称性,右偏者较左偏者多,这种非对称性可能与脑组织两侧结构与功能的不对称有关,因而影响到VEPs发生源的位置以及偶极子的方向及强度等。②右利手者右半视野刺激的VEPs振幅(Anlpl)大于左半视野刺激的VEPs振幅,两半球枕叶皮层神经解剖学上的非对称性为我们的电生理结果提供了一定的形态结构基础。③半视野刺激显示“矛盾定侧”现象。
In this paper, 49 normal children were observed by multi-conduction visual evoked potentials. The results showed that: (1) The distribution of bilateral and monocular VEPs in the scalp was asymmetric on both sides of the scalp and more in the left and right ones. This asymmetry may be related to the asymmetry of structure and function on both sides of the brain, The location of the source of the VEPs, the direction and intensity of the dipoles, and the like. (2) The amplitude of VEPs stimulated by the right hemisphere of the Right hand was higher than that of the VEPs stimulated by the left hemispheres. The anatomic asymmetry of the cortex of the occipital cortex in the two hemispheres provided some morphological structural basis for our electrophysiological results . ③ semi-visual stimulation shows “contradictory set side” phenomenon.
