血液成分分离机制备中一次性成浆的方法探讨

近年来,血液成分制备技术及设备不断更新和提高,全血分离已从过去纯手工分离向全自动血液成分分离机转变。我站自2009年引进了德国费森G5全自动血液成分分离机,实行制备信息的可追溯性和标准化制备。在全血分离过程中,利用机器制备优势,探索了一种省时、高效、节约血液资源、减少离心机损耗等的制备方法,血浆的一次成浆法(指全血经过1次离心后,分离出符合国家标准的血浆,无需2次离心)。现报告如下。 In recent years, the blood component preparation technology and equipment are constantly updated and improved, the whole blood separation has changed from pure hand separation to fully automatic blood component separation machine.
