结合铝青铜材质的元素组成、激光加工技术的特点配制了高硬度的激光熔覆粉末,实现了铝青铜合金的改性处理。结果表明,铝青铜与熔覆层实现了良好的化学冶金结合;熔覆层硬度略高于铝青铜,其摩擦磨损性能与铝青铜材质相当。
Combined with the elements of aluminum bronze, laser processing technology features the preparation of a high hardness of the laser cladding powder, to achieve the modification of aluminum bronze alloy. The results show that the aluminum bronze and the cladding achieve a good chemical metallurgical bonding; the hardness of the cladding layer is slightly higher than that of the aluminum bronze, and its friction and wear properties are comparable to that of the aluminum bronze.
