随着我国高等院校的迅速发展,高职教育逐渐成为了除本科教育外的又一种职业化的人才培养模式,从目前的发展趋势上看,高职院校显然在学生的培养方式上更为注重职业性专业化的培养,对于基础课程的重视程度远不如本科院校,体育课程作为基础课程所受到的重视程度尤为不足。在这种环境下,高职院校体育教师对待体育课程的态度和定位就将对高职院校体育课程的发展带来极为重要的影响。而这些影响的关键因素取决于高职院校体育教师本身的职业认同,我们知道从职业认同的角度来看,每个职业都存在着自身的职业认同标准或者是衡量标准。认同是为了什么?从职业的角度来说,积极的职业认同必然带来积极的职业行为特征。那么,作为高职院校体育教师,影响他们职业认同的因素将会是决定他们职业认同的关键。
With the rapid development of higher education institutions in our country, higher vocational education has gradually become another kind of professional personnel training mode besides undergraduate education. From the current development trend, Pay more attention to professional professional training, the degree of emphasis on basic courses is far less than undergraduate colleges, physical education curriculum as a basic course received by the degree of attention is particularly inadequate. Under this kind of circumstance, the attitude and orientation of physical education teachers in physical education in higher vocational colleges towards physical education curriculum will bring extremely important influence to the development of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges. The key factor of these influences depends on the vocational recognition of physical education teachers in vocational colleges. From the perspective of professional identity, we know that each occupation has its own standard of professional identity or measure. What is the purpose of recognition? From a professional point of view, positive professional identity is bound to bring about positive characteristics of professional behavior. Then, as a physical education teacher in higher vocational colleges, the factors influencing their professional identity will be the key to determining their professional identity.
