副溶血性弧菌食物中毒是常见的食物中毒之一。为探讨其发病规律和预防措施,现将1990～1997年山东省境内发生的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒情况分析如下: 1 资料来源 资料全部来自山东省各市地的食物中毒报告。 2 结果 2.1 中毒情况 1990～1997年全省各地报告,由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒31起,发病1132人,无死亡,占同期全部食物中毒起数(337)的9.2％,占同期全部食物中毒发病人数(9831)的11.5％。见表
Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning is one of the common food poisoning.
