对于高长径比的凹凸棒石黏土,低成本晶束解离是凹土技术产业化的要求.将冻融和挤压工艺相结合,对3种典型的凹土矿进行了凹土增黏和提纯的相关研究.结果表明,冻融-挤压处理可低成本实现凹土晶束解离,低温速冻(-20~-30℃)有利于提高晶束解离效果,冻融-挤压处理对硬质高黏凹土的晶束解离效果是单纯挤压的2.2倍,冻融-挤压处理协同分散剂六偏磷酸钠提纯白云石凹土,纯度高达95%,收率为常规提纯方法1.7倍.
