程控交换机具有多种服务功能,程控电话用户可根据需要向当地电话局提出申请。下面以双音频电话机为例,介绍各种新业务的功能和使用方法。1.缩位拨号缩位拨号可缩短拨号所占用的时间,可将过长的电话号码用1～2位代码发出。登记:摘机听到拨号音后在键盘上按“*51*AN*TN#”。其中“AN”是用户自编的缩位代码,“TN”为要缩位的电话号码,如果是长途电话,应加上长途区号。使用:需要拨某一登记的缩位电话号码时,只需按“**AN”便可。2.热线服务登记:摘机后,按“*52*TN#”。使用:
