针对现有MPI环境不支持机群单一系统映像的缺点,对其实现方式进行深入研究,提出通过在MPI实现底层嵌入透明通信协议的方法实现应用进程在机群节点中的透明通信,在此基础上进一步实现进程在机群节点间的自由迁移,进而达到使MPI应用程序运行在单一系统映像操作系统上的目标。最后通过在具体实例MPICH2底层嵌入透明通信协议TIPC来实现在单一系统映像上运行MPI应用程序。结果证明本方案不仅可行,还在具体应用中提高了通信效率。
Aiming at the shortcomings that the existing MPI environment does not support the single system image of the fleet, the implementation way is deeply studied. It is proposed that transparent communication protocol can be implemented in MPI to realize transparent communication between application nodes in cluster nodes. On the basis of this, Achieve the process of free migration between cluster nodes, and then to achieve the MPI application running on a single system image operating system goals. Finally, the MPI application is run on a single system image by embedding the transparent communication protocol TIPC at the bottom of MPICH2. The result proves that this scheme is not only feasible, but also improves the communication efficiency in specific applications.
