利用扫描电子显微术(SEM)研究了Nd_(12.2)Fe_(bal)Co_(11)B_6Zr_(0.1)合金的铸态和均匀化组织,着重分析了α-Fe和富Nd相的形貌、成分和分布。结果表明,经过恰当的均匀化退火处理可以有效地消除α-Fe,富Nd相主要由Nd-Co相构成,其形貌主要同初始铸态组织以及具体的均匀化退火工艺有关。
The as-cast and homogenized microstructures of Nd_ (12.2) Fe_ (bal) Co_ (11) B_6Zr_ (0.1) alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Composition and distribution. The results show that α-Fe can be effectively eliminated by appropriate homogenization annealing. The Nd-rich phase mainly consists of Nd-Co phase. The morphology is mainly related to the initial as-cast microstructure and the specific homogenization annealing process.
