编者按:2009年10月30～31日,“全国基础教育课程改革经验交流会”在江苏南京召开。此次会议是在我国基础教育重点转向内涵发展的重要时期、课程改革发展到关键阶段召开的一次重要会议。会议全面总结了我国八年基础教育课程改革实践取得的明显成效和基本经验,研究分析了新形势下的新要求和新挑战,具体部署了下一阶段深化课程改革、推进素质教育、提高教育质量的重点工作。教育部副部长陈小娅出席会议并讲话。
