目的检测Stathmin、G3BP蛋白在鼻腔、鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)、下鼻甲黏膜(INCM)及鼻鳞状细胞癌(NSCC)中的表达情况,及其在NIP中可能的作用及相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法(PV-9000二步法)检测G3BP及Stathmin蛋白在34例NIP病理标本蜡块切片中的表达情况,并同时检测20例下鼻甲黏膜以及12例鼻鳞状细胞癌组织标本蜡块切片中两蛋白的表达作为对照,运用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析,观察两指标在不同组织中的表达情况,分析其在NIP中的表达有无相关性。结果按本实验所采用计数标准,Stathmin、G3BP蛋白在NIP组织中的阳性表达率分别为52.9%、73.5%,均明显高于在下鼻甲黏膜组织中的表达率0%、0%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Stathmin蛋白及G3BP蛋白在鼻鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为75%、83.3%,均高于在NIP组织中的表达,Stathmin在两组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),G3BP在两组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种蛋白在NIP中的表达具有正相关性(rs>0,P<0.001)。结论 Stathmin、G3BP蛋白在NIP组织中高表达,提示其可能与NIP的复发性、侵袭性有密切联系;Stathmin、G3BP蛋白的表达具有相关性,两者的联合检测可能对肿瘤的诊断及检测具有积极意义。
Objective To detect the expression of Stathmin and G3BP protein in nasal cavity, inverted papilloma (NIP), inferior turbinate mucosa (INCM) and nasal squamous cell carcinoma (NSCC) and their possible roles in NIP relationship. Methods Immunohistochemistry (PV-9000 two-step method) was used to detect the expression of G3BP and Stathmin in paraffin blocks of 34 cases of NIP pathological specimens. Meanwhile, 20 cases of inferior turbinate mucosa and 12 cases of nasal squamous cell carcinoma As a control, the expression of the two proteins in the paraffin section of the specimens was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. The expression of the two indexes in different tissues was observed and the correlation between them was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Stathmin and G3BP in NIP tissues were 52.9% and 73.5% respectively, which were significantly higher than those in inferior turbinate mucosa (0% and 0%, respectively) according to the counting criteria adopted in this study (P <0.05). The positive expressions of Stathmin and G3BP in nasal squamous cell carcinoma were 75% and 83.3%, respectively, which were higher than those in NIP tissues. Stathmin expression in both tissues (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of G3BP between the two tissues (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the two proteins in NIP (rs> 0, P < 0.001). Conclusions Stathmin and G3BP proteins are highly expressed in NIP tissues, suggesting that they may be closely related to the recurrence and invasiveness of NIP. The expression of Stathmin and G3BP proteins is correlated with each other. The combined detection of Stathmin and G3BP may be positive for tumor diagnosis and detection significance.
