目的探讨无名异冲剂治疗骨折的作用机理。方法新西兰家兔55只造成双侧桡骨3mm缺损的骨折后随机分为用药组和对照组,于术后1、2、3、4、5周取骨痂制成石蜡切片,以Feulgen反应和免疫组化技术分别显示DNA和BMP,进行图像定量分析。结果在骨折愈合过程中,骨痂中骨折修复细胞DNA指数和骨痂局部BMP含量的总体变化趋势两组相同;用药组第1、2周骨痂DNA指数和BMP含量明显高于同期的对照组(P<001);用药组BMP高峰出现在第2周,对照组出现在第3周。结论无名剂冲剂能促进骨折修复细胞的增殖,增加成骨细胞的活性,诱导BMP合成,加速骨折愈合。
Objective To explore the mechanism of the treatment of fractures with Wuming Granules. METHODS: Fifty-five New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: the drug group and the control group. Fistulas were made at week 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 postoperatively to obtain paraffin sections. Feulgen reaction and immunization were performed. The quantification technology showed DNA and BMP, respectively, for quantitative image analysis. Results During the fracture healing process, the overall change trends of DNA repair index and BMP content in bone callus were similar in both groups; the DNA index and BMP content of callus were significantly higher in the first and second weeks of treatment group than in the control group at the same time. (P<001); The peak of BMP appeared in the second week in the medication group and the third week in the control group. Conclusion Anming agent granules can promote the proliferation of fracture repair cells, increase the activity of osteoblasts, induce BMP synthesis, and accelerate fracture healing.
