本文以河南信阳啤酒厂“啤酒糖化工艺微机控制系统”为课题背景。该糖化工艺主要由三个锅炉组成,需要检测并控制每个锅的温度和压力使三个锅协同工作。软件分为三部分。 (1)编写工业控制控件:将整个工艺流程中涉及的对象通过ActiveX控件的形式实现,ActiveX控件包括:控制对象(各类反应容器)、执行对象(各种阀门)、流程辅助对象(管道、暂存罐)、显示对象(各类显示仪表、控制面板、状态显示面板)。
In this paper, Henan Xinyang Brewery “beer saccharification process microcomputer control system” as the background.
