我国高校大学生法律素质的高低,将直接影响我们的法律制度的发展和未来,影响整个社会的协调发展。当代大学生法律素质现状主要表现为整体知识水平不高,法律意识淡薄,用法律思维解决问题的能力欠缺。针对这一现状,分析原因,提出对策,力求对提高大学生法律素质做出有益的探索。
