当前在森林资源调查中,仍沿用着目测、标准地、角规及抽样调查等方法。随着我国国民经济的迅速发展,经营水平的提高及电算技术的普及,森林资源调查也必须迅速、及时、准确,以适应四化建设的需要。应用数量化理论进行森林资源调查,不但能充分利用航空照片,减少外业工作量,提高工作效率,而且能将森林资源比较准确地落实到小班,满足二类(森林经理)调查的需要。为了摸索数量化理论在二类(森林经理)调查中的实用情况,1982年在甘肃省甘南地区洮河上游的双岔林场进行了调查试验,现将这次试验情况和结果分析及体会分述如下:
Currently in the forest resources survey, still follow the visual, standard, angle rules and sample surveys and other methods. With the rapid development of our national economy, the improvement of management level and the popularization of computer technology, the forest resources investigation must also be prompt, timely and accurate so as to meet the needs of the four modernizations. The application of quantitative theory of forest resources survey will not only make full use of aerial photos, reduce the workload of the field work and improve work efficiency, but also implement forest resources more accurately to small classes to meet the needs of the second category (forest managers) surveys. In order to explore the practical application of quantitative theory in the investigation of the second category (forest managers), a survey was conducted in Shuangcha Forestry Center in the upper reaches of the Taohe River in Gannan Prefecture in Gansu Province in 1982. The analysis and experience of this trial are summarized as follows as follows:
