本文从摩擦角度来介绍各种热处理方法对材料性能的作用。1.经硼化处理的钢其表面硬度同渗碳氮化相比,能得到更高的硬度值。由于硬度高所以耐磨性能好。2.离子氮化是一种提高工件耐磨和耐疲劳性能的无污染的热处理方法,试验结果证明在提高耐磨性能方面,只要氮化温度掌握合适,效果显著。3.从附着凝集的角度看,硫氮共渗方法是其中较理想的方法。在对磨实验中,几乎没有表面损伤。另一种方法是氧氮碳三元共渗。其特点是耐磨方面相当突出,并能承受较高的负荷。4.氧氮化处理的方法应用于高速钢中,其切削性能和刀具寿命可以显著提高。附图9幅,表3个。
This article describes the role of various heat treatment methods on the material properties from the perspective of friction. 1. Boronized steel surface hardness compared with carburizing nitriding, can get higher hardness value. Due to high hardness, good wear resistance. 2. Ion nitriding is a non-polluting heat treatment method to improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance of workpieces. The test results show that as long as the nitriding temperature is properly controlled and the wear resistance is improved, the effect is remarkable. 3. From the perspective of adhesion agglutination, the method of sulfuritriding is one of the more ideal methods. In the wear test, there is almost no surface damage. Another method is oxy-carbon ternary. It is characterized by very prominent wear and can withstand higher loads. 4. Oxynitride treatment method used in high-speed steel, the cutting performance and tool life can be significantly improved. Figure 9 Figure, Table 3.
