为了设计一只性能良好的宽带速调管,进行了精确的大信号分析。应用电子流圆盘模型的一维分析程序,研究了在群聚电子注与每一个腔隙缝电场之间的相互作用,考虑了空间电荷力,相对论效应,和在无栅隙缝内电场分布;用迭代法计算了各中间隙缝的电子负载,根据动能变化求得在输出隙缝内的能量交换。以一个用这种程序设计的超过60%转换效率的五腔超高频电视速调管为例,阐明了中间腔隙缝内电场去聚效应和输出隙缝处振动电子的作用。业已指出,在通带内计算的转换效率与测量效率比较一致。此外,用两维分析程序研究了阴极磁系数对电子群聚的影响。
In order to design a good performance broadband klystron tube, accurate large-signal analysis. Using the one-dimensional analysis program of the electron flow disc model, the interaction between the cluster electron injection and each cavity electric field is studied. The space charge force, the relativistic effect and the electric field distribution in the no-gap are taken into account. The iterative method is used to calculate the electronic load of each intermediate slot, and the energy exchange in the output slot is obtained according to the change of kinetic energy. Taking a five-cavity UHF tweeter with a conversion efficiency of more than 60% designed by this program as an example, the effect of depolymerization of electric field in the middle cavity slit and the vibrational electrons at the output slit is illustrated. It has been pointed out that the calculated conversion efficiency in the passband is in good agreement with the measurement efficiency. In addition, the effect of cathodic magnetic coefficient on electron clustering was studied by a two-dimensional analytical program.
