小学生群体素质水平是小学教育质量的集中体现,小学教育改革的最终目标就是提高小学生群体素质水平。目前,北京市已经建立起了小学生个体素质水平的评价制度,但还没有一套较为科学、系统的小学生群体素质水平评价制度。如何评价小学生群体素质水平,如何评估小学教育质量,已成为北京市小学实施素质教育的一个亟待研究的课题。 对此,北京市教委非常重视,由教委专职委员李洪飞同志负责,成立了“建立北京市小学生群体素质水平评价制度研究”课题组。*该课题已被列入北京市教育科研“九五”规划。这项研究的目的是,通过对于小学生群体素质水平评价目标体系、评价方法及手段的研究,建立科学、有效的小学生群体素质水平评价制度,以便推进素质教育的实施和小学教育质量的宏观监控。 经过第一阶段的研究,该课题组对于学生思想品德素质,文化科学素质、身体素质、心理素质、劳动素质等五方面的评价研究做了文献综述。本刊发表这五篇综述,意在促进交流,推进学生群体素质水平评价的研究。
The quality of primary school students is the primary manifestation of the quality of primary education. The ultimate goal of primary education reform is to improve the quality of primary school students. At present, Beijing has established an evaluation system for the individual qualifications of primary school students, but there is no set of more scientific and systematic evaluation system for the quality of primary school students. How to evaluate the quality of primary school students, how to assess the quality of primary education, has become a primary school in Beijing to implement quality education an urgent research topic. In this regard, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission attaches great importance to the full members of the Board of Education Li Hongfei comrades responsible for the establishment of the “establishment of Beijing’s primary school pupils quality evaluation system” group. * The subject has been included in the Beijing Education and Research “Ninth Five-Year” plan. The purpose of this study is to establish a scientific and effective appraisal system for the quality level of primary school pupils through the research on the target system, evaluation methods and means of evaluating the quality level of pupils in order to promote the implementation of quality education and the macro-control of the quality of primary education. After the first phase of the research, the research group made a literature review on the evaluation of students’ ideological and moral qualities, cultural and scientific qualities, physical qualities, psychological qualities and labor qualities. The publication of these five reviews published, intended to promote exchanges, promote the quality of student groups evaluation of the study.
