[目的]评价精喹禾灵·异噁草松在烟田环境中的残留动态及环境安全性。[方法]2010—2011年进行了29%精喹禾灵·异噁草松乳油在烟田的残留试验。样品用乙腈提取,Florisil柱净化,HPLC-UV进行检测。[结果]精喹禾灵和异噁草松在烟草中的半衰期分别为4.5~6.6、8.5~14.4 d,在土壤中的半衰期分别为8.7~12.4、11.5~15.8 d。成熟采烤后的烟叶样品中,高、低剂量处理区精喹禾灵和异噁草松最终残留量均小于方法最低检出质量分数(0.05 mg/kg)。[结论]29%精喹禾灵·异噁草松乳油按推荐剂量使用1次,对烟田安全。
[Objective] To evaluate the residual dynamics and environmental safety of quizalofop-p-ethyl and cinamoxiflora in tobacco fields. [Method] The residual test of 29% quizalofop-p-ethyl and clyclomarosol-EC in tobacco field was carried out from 2010 to 2011. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, Florisil column and HPLC-UV. [Result] The half-lives of quizalofop-p-ethyl and clomazone in tobacco were 4.5 ~ 6.6 and 8.5 ~ 14.4 d respectively, and the half-lives in soil were 8.7 ~ 12.4 and 11.5 ~ 15.8 d, respectively. The final residues of quizalofop-p-ethyl and clomazone in the high-and low-dose treatment areas were less than the minimum detectable mass fraction (0.05 mg / kg) of the method. [Conclusion] 29% quizalofop-p-ethyl and cinamoxifloxacin were used once at the recommended dosage to ensure the safety of tobacco fields.
