城乡结合部学校管理的瓶颈主要表现在生源素质参差不齐,家庭教育程度不一;教师待遇偏低,年龄结构和学科总体结构等不均衡,教师教育培训资源缺乏,等等。突破学校管理瓶颈的主要策略是:突破学生管理瓶颈;突破教师队伍建设瓶颈;创新学校管理理念;突破教学常规管理制约学校长足发展的瓶颈;突破教育教学管理瓶颈;突破山区教育瓶颈。
The bottleneck of school management in the urban-rural integration area is mainly manifested in the uneven quality of students and different levels of family education; the teachers are paid low, the age structure and the overall structure of disciplines are unbalanced, and the resources for teacher education and training are scarce.
