一、立项背景随着绿色建筑与节能建筑技术发展和可再生能源开发及低品位能源的利用,建筑能源系统中低品位热能所占比例越来越高,低温辐射供暖作为节能、舒适、适合低品位热能供暖、便于分户热计量的供暖方式,具有广阔的应用前景。我国的辐射供暖技术主要是引入国外技术,德国湿式地板辐射供暖将加热管敷设在混凝土填充层内,楼板荷载大、垫层厚、施工期长、污染重、特别是加热管漏水时检修困难;日本和德国等微细管干式辐射供暖构造,对水质要求高、管路易堵塞、阻力大,散热量小,投资大。因此,上世纪末快速发展起来的地板辐射供暖,近年来发展放缓,制约低温辐射供暖发展的技术瓶颈是辐射供暖设施(供暖地板等)的构造问题。本项目从解决制约低温热水辐射供暖发展的技术瓶颈辐射供暖设施入手,研究开发出适合我国不同用途建筑的节能、高效、轻薄、便装式低温辐射供暖板模块化技术及工程应用成套技术,
I. Project Background With the development of green building and energy-saving building technology and the development of renewable energy and the utilization of low-grade energy, the proportion of low-grade heat energy in building energy system is getting higher and higher. Low-temperature radiant heating is energy-saving and comfortable and suitable for low Grade heat energy, heat metering for the convenience of household heating, has broad application prospects. China’s radiant heating technology is mainly the introduction of foreign technology, the German wet floor radiant heating laying of heating pipe in the concrete filled layer, the floor load, cushion thick, long construction period, heavy pollution, especially when the heating pipe leaks overhaul difficulties; Japan and Germany, such as small tube dry radiant heating structure, high water quality requirements, easy to plug the pipeline, resistance, heat dissipation, investment. Therefore, the rapid development of the floor radiant heating at the end of last century has been slowed down in recent years. The technical bottleneck restricting the development of low-temperature radiant heating is the structural problem of radiant heating facilities (heating floor, etc.). This project starts from solving the technical bottleneck heating and heating facilities restricting the development of low temperature hot water radiant heating and studies the modular technology of low energy radiant heat panel and the complete set of engineering application which are suitable for different uses in our country.
