目的:合成联苯乙酸。方法:以苯硼酸和对溴苯乙酸为原料,四氢呋喃/水为溶剂,经P^N螯合钯配合物suzuki偶联反应合成目标化合物。结果和结论:在温和的反应条件下,混合溶剂中高效催化联苯乙酸的合成,分离产率89%。
Objective: To synthesize biphenylacetic acid. Methods: The target compound was synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction of P ^ N chelate palladium with phenylboronic acid and p - bromo - phenylacetic acid as raw materials and tetrahydrofuran / water as solvent. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The synthesis of biphenylacetic acid was efficiently catalyzed in a mixed solvent under mild reaction conditions with a yield of 89%.
