As we all know, people will gradually improve their working ability both in mental and physical aspects in completing each task. Use short-term exercises of a similar nature to the muscle activities you are facing to shorten the process of getting into work. Observing the process by which human muscle activity enters the working state can reveal the complexity of this phenomenon and the extreme necessity of conducting a comprehensive study on it. Scientific research into the preparatory activities of the movement began in the 1930s and continues today. Falam Ivhe et al. (1968) studied the weight-lifter preparation activities. Records of pre-competition activities showed that the number of lifting bars and the duration of preparation activities were increased and extended with the increase in weight levels. The average number of lifting bars is as follows: Snatch
