近年来,随着LNG产业快速发展,LNG接收站在东部能源相对短缺的省份如雨后春笋般地建设起来。LNG接收站作为新型、大型项目,投资规模大、建设周期长、不安全因素多、技术难度大,建设过程中的风险管理越来越引起总包商的重视。从总包商的角度,根据LNG接收站项目建设的主要特点,建立了LNG接收站项目风险管理体系。并以福建LNG接收站项目的二期工程为例,对该工程建设过程的风险进行识别、分析、评估及防范。此方法可为后续拟建的LNG接收站项目的风险管理提供指导。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the LNG industry, LNG receiving stations have mushroomed in provinces where the energy shortage in the eastern part is relatively low. As a new-type and large-scale project, LNG receiving station has large investment scale, long construction period, many unsafe factors, and technical difficulties. The risk management in the construction process has drawn more and more attention from the contractor. From the perspective of the contractor, the LNG terminal project risk management system was established according to the main features of LNG terminal project construction. Taking the second phase project of Fujian LNG terminal project as an example, the risk of the project construction process is identified, analyzed, evaluated and prevented. This method can provide guidance on the risk management of subsequent proposed LNG receiving terminal projects.
