[本刊讯]不久前,中国地质调查局勘探技术研究所研制的Φ127mm规格涡轮钻具首台样机组装完成并进行了整机性能测试。实验通过调整流量和载荷等参数,测试了不同工况条件下该涡轮钻具的输出特性。测试结果表明:当循环流量控制在5L/s左右时,涡轮钻输出轴开始转动;在正常工作流量12~16L/s范围内,测试扭矩输出范围为400~1300N·m,输出转速为100~1200r/min;实验数据与设计目标基本吻合,具备进行下一步入井实验条件。涡轮钻具是一种井下液动钻具,通过定、转子将
Not long ago, the first prototype of Φ127mm turbo drill developed by the Institute of Exploration Technology of China Geological Survey was assembled and the performance test of the whole machine was completed. The experiment tests the output characteristics of the turbine drill under different working conditions by adjusting parameters such as flow and load. The test results show that when the circulating flow rate is controlled at about 5L / s, the output shaft of the turbine drill begins to rotate; at the normal working flow rate of 12-16L / s, the test torque output range is 400-1300N · m and the output rotation speed is 100 ~ 1200r / min; experimental data and design goals are basically consistent, with the next step into the well experimental conditions.
