目的探索生物膜管修复周围神经缺损的作用。方法取32只大耳白兔,切断其双侧坐骨神经后直接缝合神经。右侧为生物膜组:用9-0无创尼龙针线缝合神经外膜2针,外套1cm长生物膜管。左侧为外膜缝合组,共缝合6针。分别于术后2、3、5、8周取材,并进行大体观察、组织学观察、轴突图像分析和运动神经传导速度检测,以观察神经再生的情况。结果生物膜组缝合口局部瘢痕形成较少、粘连轻;神经远端再生轴突数目和恢复率、运动神经传导速度均较外膜缝合组为佳。结论生物膜管有保护、支持、接触、引导神经再生的作用;并能减少局部瘢痕增生,有利于减轻粘连。
Objective To explore the role of biofilm tube in repairing peripheral nerve defects. Methods Twenty-two large white rabbits were used to sever the bilateral sciatic nerves directly. The right side of the biofilm group: 9-0 non-invasive nylon needle suture the outer epicardium 2 needles, coat 1cm long biofilm tube. Left for the outer membrane suture group, a total of 6 stitches. The rabbits were sacrificed at 2, 3, 5, and 8 weeks after operation respectively. Gross observation, histological observation, axon image analysis and motor nerve conduction velocity were performed to observe the situation of nerve regeneration. Results In the biomembrane group, local scar formation was less and the adhesion was lighter. The number of axonal regeneration and the rate of motor nerve conduction in distal nerve regeneration were better than those in the outer membrane suture group. Conclusion Biofilm has the function of protecting, supporting, contacting and guiding nerve regeneration. It can also reduce local scar hyperplasia and reduce adhesion.
