英国华威大学实验证明,多食用蔬菜水果能使人获得更强烈的幸福感。研究人员随机选取了12 000名每天都进行饮食记录的民众,并对他们的饮食方式及心理状态进行了研究。参加者们需要告诉研究人员,他们每天的食物类型及分量。研究人员收集整理了2007、2009及2013年有关饮食的数据,与这些数据相对应的还有他们当天的心理状态。考虑到收入及个人资产的变化也会对人的幸福感产生影响,这些因素也被纳入了实验范畴中。
University of Warwick experiment proved that more fruits and vegetables can make people get more intense sense of happiness. Researchers randomly selected 12 000 people who had daily dietary records and studied their diet patterns and psychological status. The participants need to tell the researchers what type and weight of food they have daily. Researchers collected data on diet in 2007, 2009 and 2013, and the data corresponding to their mental state of the day. Taking into account the changes in income and personal assets will also have an impact on human well-being, these factors have also been included in the experimental category.
