自1986年以来,高考命题工作逐步实施了一系列改革性措施。但是,仍然没有很好地解决如何把握试题的难度和适度的问题,以至当前高中生物教学改革尚不能正常顺利发展,在一定程度上影响教学质量大面积的提高。纵观1991年高考的生物试题,在遵循出活题、考能力等基本原则的前提下,试题难度略有降低,这种转向对稳定高中生物教学和促进教学改革,将起着积极作用。 (一)1991年生物试题的特点 1991年高考生物试题既保持了近年来试题的某些
