[目的]研究不同品种、栽培土壤及海拔条件下的烤烟化学特性。[方法]分析不同品种(K326、云烟87和G80)、栽培土壤(水稻田和旱地)和海拔(0~300、300~800和>800 m)对烤烟烟叶的总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量以及两糖差、糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比的影响,并对烟叶化学特性与海拔的相关性进行分析。[结果]研究的3个品种烤烟化学特性存在一定差异,且K326和云烟87化学品质比G80好;水稻田和旱地2种植烟土壤种植的烤烟烟叶化学成分存在较大差异,其中水稻田烟叶总氮、钾和氯含量显著高于旱地;不同海拔种植的烤烟烟叶总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾和氯含量有显著差异,总糖、还原糖含量以及氮碱比与海拔呈显著正相关,烟碱和氯含量与海拔呈显著负相关。[结论]该研究可为制定湖南烟草种植区划、调整栽培技术以及卷烟工业选择原料提供参考。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco with different varieties, cultivated soils and altitude. [Method] The effects of different varieties (K326, Yunfu 87 and G80), cultivated soils (paddy field and dry land) and altitude (0 ~ 300, 300 ~ 800 and> 800 m) on total sugar, reducing sugar, , Nicotine, potassium and chloride contents, as well as the difference of two sugars, the ratio of nicotine to base, the ratio of nitrogen to base and the ratio of potassium to chlorine. The correlation between the chemical characteristics and altitude of tobacco was also analyzed. [Result] The chemical properties of flue-cured tobacco in the three varieties were different, and the chemical quality of K326 and Yunyan 87 was better than that of G80. The chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco grown in paddy soil and paddy soil were significantly different, The contents of total nitrogen, potassium and chlorine were significantly higher than those in dry land. The contents of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, potassium and chlorine in flue-cured tobacco grown at different altitudes were significantly different. The content of total sugar, reducing sugar, , Nicotine and chlorine content was significantly negatively correlated with altitude. [Conclusion] The study could provide a reference for making Hunan tobacco planting zoning, adjusting cultivation techniques and choosing raw materials for cigarette industry.
